What are the biggest challenges and opportunities you see for the future of forestry?

“We need to find new ways to continue utilizing the forest while protecting its ecosystems. Digitalization and automation are crucial tools for making forestry more efficient and sustainable, while biofuel production holds enormous potential to replace fossil fuels and contribute to the green transition. Additionally, we must increase awareness and understanding of the importance of Swedish forests among decision-makers, both nationally and internationally.”

Where do you see Naturskog in 5 years? What are your ambitions and goals for the company's future development?

“In five years, we aim to be a leading player in sustainable forestry in central Sweden. Our goal is to grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions, while becoming known for our efficient biofuel production and strong commitment to sustainability.”
