The Naturskog Group has acquired all operations of SkogAx Åland Ab (“SkogAx”), a leading player in sustainable forestry and the second-largest forest management company on the Åland islands. The company’s founder and former owner, Kennet Berndtsson, will continue to lead the business and will also become a co-owner of Naturskog.
This acquisition marks a significant step in Naturskog’s strategy to expand and provide comprehensive solutions for forest owners across the Nordic region. With SkogAx’s expertise and strong local presence, Naturskog can further enhance its service offering, ensuring high quality and sustainability throughout the entire forestry value chain.
